Keeping your furniture in good condition comes down to really two things: keeping it clean and keeping it nourished. Because we use high quality, natural materials in our rustic solid oak furniture. All these things need to be treated with a bit more attention than cheap furniture from large mass produced furniture companies.
We use briwax furniture wax polish to Keep your rustic solid oak furniture looking its best, nourish the wood, and give it a protective sheen.
Danish oil brings out the beauty of the timber and gives a natural, open-grained, low-lustre finish. Easy to use put on oil and is suitable for all types of indoor furniture. Special ingredients in the Danish oil penetrate deep into both hard and softwoods, drying to a hard, durable and water-resistant finish.

For garden furniture, we use an oil for the outdoors, but remember garden furniture will require more maintenance if you want to keep its beautiful golden brown looks.
Customers are advised that as the drying process occurs, the natural tannins in the wood can be drawn out from the bottom of the table legs, and can stain some outdoor surfaces, such as light flagstones or paving. Gravel, Pebble or Grass surfaces are not affected.
