Any delays will be communicated to the customer. In all cases of home delivery, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
If your order is incomplete please indicate this clearly on the carrier's delivery note and sign only for the goods you have received e.g. "Incomplete - 2 parcels only received".
Please report damage immediately, but claims must be supported by photographs and it is the responsibility of the customer to show the damage has not been caused by any misuse or mishandling following delivery. All packaging must be kept.
Your order will arrive by pallet or by parcel delivery, this depends on the weight and size of your furniture. Please note pallets are dropped at the kerb-side only.
Some of our furniture will require some assembly. It can be very heavy, and will require two people to move and position.
